A simple recipe for those days when comfort means cheese, taters, and breaded meatballs!
  • 1 Pkg Simply Potatoes┬« Traditional Mashed Potatoes
  • 12 Turkey Meatballs, frozen
  • ½c Cheddar Jack Blend Shredded Cheese
  • ½c Panko Crumbs
  1. Heat Simply Potatoes® Traditional Mashed Potatoes as directed, allow to cool to the touch.
  2. Taking each frozen meatball, loosely coat with mashed potatoes.
  3. Next, lightly press with Cheddar Jack shredded cheese.
  4. Last, roll each coated meatball in panko crumbs to coat evently.
  5. Place in air-fryer for 10 minutes at 360┬░ degrees.
  6. Serve immediately.
Don't have an air-fryer? Just bake coated meatballs in a single later, covered, as directed on the meatball packaging.
