Welcome to my {daily} post as part of the #BlogHer National Blogging Posting Month! Or as its more commonly known…NaBloPoMo. Each month there will be a theme, and each day there is a “raw” writing challenge. Each weekend, we are left to our devices to dabble as we please. Length is not a requirement, not even words…only creativity. And the determination to write/post each day, every day, uniquely to the task at hand.
And I’m into a new monthly quest with the BlogHer NaBloPoMo writing challenge! For September, the theme of the month will be “Eye”. Hence the nifty button above that you may find floating among my posts. Of course, the theme is merely to keep one collected if nothing else comes to mind. And let me just say, some days my poor brain needs all the collective brainstorming help it can get. {LOL}.
But since we’re talking about EYES. Anyone ever have the corrective laser surgery to improve their vision? I’ve worn glasses since 2nd grade and next year, I’ll be getting it done. I’ve already had all the testing done to know I’m a candidate but have needed to wait due to two certain bundles of joy. Seems pregnancy and breastfeeding hormones can impact your vision, so they suggest you wait a year afterward to be correctly assessed.
None-the-less, I’m excited. Would love to hear your stories too if you have a second! In your opinion, is it worth every penny I’m saving?
