People often wonder what Picasso, Da Vinci, Rembrandt, and Monet were like. They ruminate on how Van Gogh, Warhol, Degas, or Frida Kahlo were influenced as children to paint such expressive masterpieces. And while I admit that would be fascinating. I actually wonder what their Mothers were like.
I have a four-year-old unknown and I can barely keep up with mess! I’m washing out chalk on the patio and using lemon oil to get the crayon off furniture and walls. And that isn’t the bleach I’m using on my poor {unsuspecting} white couch that doubles as a climb-on canvas. But that is just cleaning the house. You should see what the kid looks like after a fun-filled food finger-painting session!
I have found that true creative expression does not know the limits of smears, stains, or clothing. And that laughs can {finally} evolve with the memories a camera can provide of years past. In fact, Wet Ones is giving us all a chance to express our own stories in the Sticky Situations Facebook Contest! Enter to win Six Flags tickets or even an iPad Mini. I just entered this delightful memory myself!

Roasted Disclosure: I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Wet Ones. I received a promotional item to thank me for my involvement. As always, all my thoughts and opinions are my own.
