As we crest the beginning of an new year we often have new resolutions with it. For me, my resolutions are as follows…
1. Be happy.
2. Be healthy.
3. Repeat
The difference with this resolution as in years past? I try to accomplish them daily instead of spreading the goal out over the entire year. I’ve learned that with these smaller goals, they’re often much more reachable, tangible. I’ve also learned that 24-hours doesn’t give much room for procrastination or defeat. And I start accomplishing these goals everyday, by simply taking my new natural probiotic.
I’ve always been eager to try out new varieties of probiotic to see what brand would help more. And I am delighted to have gotten the chance to try Insync Probiotics for this post. Delighted because there are SO many reasons a person should take a really good natural probiotic regularly. And I’ve been really happy with the results thus far. Plus the fact that it comes with this much cotton fluff only enhances my eagerness to open the bottle each day.
And lets not forget that said healthy gut flora keeps your whole body regulated and working better. I don’t think I need to elaborate on the “regulated” aspect. But did you know that the intestines often don’t absorb all those healthy nutrients you’re eating? However a daily probiotic will keep the intestines healthy so that they can keep your digestion working more effectively.
In fact, probiotics are one thing I always try to keep extra in my medicine cabinet. {Not to mention cute straws for sore throats.} Just last week the whole family came down with a nasty upper respiratory and sinus bug. The antibiotics I received are doing a wonderful job of knocking out the bad bacteria, but it will also wipe out all the “good” {ie beneficial} bacteria that my body needs as well. Taking a probiotic {at least 2 hours} after the script dose, helps to alleviate that fact. And being on them regularly makes sure the gut flora is balanced to begin with.
Now here’s where it gets even better. Insync natural probiotic brings you a six strains of helpful bacteria in each pill. Of which a patented “GI Guard” technology helps make sure that these probiotic organisms actually make it to your intestines. One issues I’ve had, is understanding the ramifications of having a wheat intolerance. The wheat intolerance is vastly different from a wheat allergy. And I’ve found taking a probiotic has helped me manage the negative gastro effects of this food intolerance immensely.
All that said, would I buy this brand of natural probiotic again? YES. Hands down, I’ve really noticed how well its working. And I suspect the added GI Guard protection is a big reason I’m preferring it more then others I’ve taken. Add in the fact that Insync probiotics are easily found at my local Meijer, and this will certainly become a daily, cost effective staple.
