I still believe books will never become totally obsolete but over the weekend I did find the value in ereaders. I was attending the ATV races to watch my grandson compete. Between the races my granddaughter got out her mom’s ereader and we were able to read a couple of books together. That was nice not having to tote books with you when you are out and about. Still I love my books but I do believe ereaders satisfy certain situations and that they do have a place in our busy lives.

Well today marks the last day of pondering the question, “Do you think E-readers will make actual books obsolete?” I really have put a lot of thought into this question and my final conclusion is NO. NO, I do no think E-readers will make actual books obsolete. There are to many that love books and need to hold them in their hand, feel the weight of the book, and flip through the pages–you just can’t do that with an E-reader. I do believe E-readers have a very functional place in our lives and that we need them and also we need books. So, to conclude, I have really had fun thinking about this question, sometimes flip-flopping on the answer, but still had a great time. Thanks for this giveaway and for challenging us to think.
