This #FisherNutExactly sponsored post and giveaway has been compensated on behalf of Fisher. As always, my snacking on-the-go opinions are my own.
Summer is here! And I’ll take all the glorious sunshine and glee that comes with it! So with our fun, here are seven quick tips to ensure your next playground trip is a treat. Now who’s ready for the slide?
1. An insulated picnic basket.
Grabbing your favorite insulated cooler or picnic basket is a must for any fun day at the park. My favorite to bring has room to spare for all our essentials. But what makes things even easier, is packing a great snack that can compete with the heat! And I’ve found just that with Fisher Nut Exactly snack bites. Keep reading to see what else we typically have inside!
2. The summer essentials.
Pretty goes without saying. Grab a gallon zippy bag and toss in your sunscreen, bug spray, and a travel first aid kit. If ages demand it, make sure you have a spare set of clothes and diapers/trainers on hand. And now you’re ready to actually go to the park…and stay there.
3. Water
Bring water for yourself and those kiddos! It was a hot, humid day when we last ventured to our favorite playground. Whether we bring cups, reusable bottles, or disposable ones…we also bring an actual gallon of water for refills. Have more fun and stay hydrated people!
4. Fisher Nut Exactly snack bites.
Began to mention these snack bites by Fisher above and they get their own number here. They aren’t exactly anything I’ve ever had before. Not exactly pistachios, not exactly just popcorn. And its not exactly the dark chocolate that keeps you noshing on more.
They’re bite sized, and I love the pumpkin seeds. And these snack bites offer a great sweet, heat resistant treat for the whole family. Which, as playground treats go just got my number one vote. Plus at only $9.69, you can bet I’ll be stocking up on these at Costco the next time I’m there!
5. Bubbles
These beauties totally get a mention. Not only do they offer hours of entertainment, but its essentially soap in a bottle. Soap you can actually refill if your up for being resourceful. Personally, I love that this fun element can also clean up the kids before they hop back in my van. Because ya’ll know I got the water!
6. Instant iced coffee
There isn’t ever a reason to not be caffeinated. I love getting the instant coffee sticks and tossing them in my picnic basket. Just make a bit of room in your water bottle, pour in, and shake to instantly caffeinated. Happy mom, happy kids. Play on!
7. Fun and easy tabletop gear.
Life is about appreciating the little things. And no picnic table is compete without these little accessories! Namely, that paper straws make anything a party. As well as the fact we do not go anywhere without wet-wipes. Fun tablescape and no more fears of mystery stickies or sweaty sandboxes.
