This #EffortlessMeals sponsored post has been compensated on behalf of #CollectiveBias Inc. and its advertiser. As always, my easy menu lovin’ opinions are all my own.
One thing that you can always count on from Roasted Beanz are easy menu ideas. Its not criminal {or rocket science} to yearn for easy, quick, and effortless meals. So guess what I have for you today?
Rotisserie Chicken that’s what. My family simply loves rotisserie chicken. Not only can you carve it to eat straight from its juicy packaging. But I also shred what ever is left to toss into soup, salad, and sandwiches. All of which goes well with busy nights.
Another option to shred and save all your rotisserie chicken, is using it in nachos. Which becomes easy-peasy if you’ve seen the “Effortless Meals” sign suggestions at Walmart. They make it so simple to find what to get for dinner. For example; I spotted one hanging above the deli. It itemized a Rotisserie Chicken, 2-pound side of cole slaw, and a 2-liter of Coca-Cola for $8.96.
And the best part? That is just a base-line suggestion. Mix and match to pair up your own perfect and effortless meal.
You’ll find the Rotisserie Chicken cooking next to the deli {which has its own great deals}. And the 2-pound sides are prepackaged in the adjacent coolers. I found the 2-liter Coca-Cola stacked nearby as well. Heading to check out, I also picked up the Marketside Vegetable Tray and green onions.
The best part about a meal like this? Everyone can be happy. But if you’re skipping right to nachos then don’t blink. Because it really is fast and easy to whip up. Especially if you like rolling your leftovers right into lunch the next day.
Start by carving your rotisserie chicken into a bowl. Then I shredded it with two forks into easy, bite size pieces.
Next, I grabbed my 2-lb container of Marketside Cole Slaw. This is to taste of course; but I estimate 2-3 heaping spoonfuls to 1 shredded chicken breast. Stir till its pretty people.
And you’re done! This mixture is great on your greens, on a bun, or … on these restaurant style tortilla chips. I then snagged about 4-5 mini carrots from the Marketside Vegetable Tray. Diced up, they were sprinkled with a bit of green onion and cheddar cheese.
This is also a great way to use all of the Rotisserie Chicken too. I hate food waste, and this lets me use all the leg and wing meat, not just the main breast. And that’s one thing I love sharing with family!
Need even more great effortless menu options? Then check out the Marketside Pizza meal {comes with 2L Coca-Cola product} to grill or bake as your getting settled into your back-to-school routine.
And don’t forget the Walmart deli. With great sandwich goes great with your Coca-Cola too. Not to mention the fresh side options, I love getting a sweet dessert there! What are you hungry for now?

Quick & Easy is a must for me during school with all the activies and homework we have making a meal that takes too much prep just isn’t an option. This looks like a great solution and way to have a great tasting meal with little time to waste.
